Mr.Plata, Manager of PCH has been in the construction business for over 35 years. Started at a construction company and then later managed as Vice President for Silverado Brothers Construction Co established in 2001. One summer, he decided to build his family a custom home as his side project. Halfway through the process, some one made him an offer that he could not denied. He then discovered he enjoyed helping others build their dream homes and established Plata Custom Homes, LLC since 2012.
Here at PCH we like to give each project and clients their undivided attention . Each project takes anywhere from 6-8 months depending on weather, labor, materials being delivered, etc. Mr.Plata or his builder rep will meet with clients when its time to pick out the materials. Materials are bought locally from McCoys, Home Depot, Lowes, Floor Decor, etc
Such an exciting time when building your dream home. Even though 6-8 months seems like a long wait, time sure does flies by! There will be plenty of paperwork and phone calls but we have the best team here at PCH we strive to make everything goes smoothly as possible. We have all one goal to accomplish to get you inside your dream home.

Getting Pre-Approved with a lender for financing.
For custom or modified plans, we recommend you to meet with an architecture. We will finalize a plan before issuing a final bid along with a Standard Features Specification sheet.The initial plans are yours to keep.When your lender approves, the building process begin.
