Inventory Homes

When Inventory Homes are available, they may be purchased with regular bank financing.

Built on OUR Lot

Purchase a stock or modified plan, build on our lot, and close once the home is complete with regular bank financing.

Built on YOUR Lot

We can build a custom plan or stock plan, on YOUR lot. A construction loan or Cash will be required for this type of project.

Our Process

1. Initial Consultation

First meeting to discuss your needs and to make sure we are the right builder for you.  We will discuss your needs in  a home and if we're the right builder for you.

2. Arrange Financing

Before spending any money on plans and services, the next step is to get Pre-Approved with a lender for financing.

3. Finalize a Floorplan

Whether stock plans or custom, we will finalize a final set of plans before issuing a final bid. For Custom or modified plans, we we'll collect an upfront fee to cover these costs. The initial plans are yours to keep.

4. Execute a Purchase Contract

Once the plans are final,we'll finalize a price based on your specifications and put it in writing.

5. Make Initial Deposit

At contract execution, a deposit will be required to get started.  This depends on the on the final price of the home, and whether it's on your lot or ours. 

6. Closing

Depending on the loan type, you may do a 'one time close' before construction begins, or close once the project is complete. This will be determined by your lender.  Once the lender gives the go-ahead, construction may begin.
